Landlords Rent Guarantee Insurance
Rent guarantee insurance is designed to protect you in the event your tenant fails to pay the rent. We will cover your rent due up to £2,500 per month (subject to a limit of £10,000 per claim or 6 months rent arrears – which ever occurs first). An excess of one month’s rent applies.
This rent guarantee insurance policy will also cover up to £10,000 of landlords legal costs to pursue legal cases for damages or injunctions against tenants who breach the terms and conditions of their tenancy agreement.
